This workshop consists of seven modules, that take the participant through seven progressive steps, looking at who each person is and where they are currently in their lives. It will look at stress and its impact as well as wellness tools that can help each person to create a pathway toward their desired goals. This journey into personal development is the beginning of each person becoming resilient, regardless of the challenges within their lives, enabling them to take control of their lives.
